Broadband AND dial up on the same line?

Hi,

A friend of mine has broadband but also wants to connect, on a weekly basis, to his old ISP via dial up.

This will prevent them from terminating his old account, and removing his web pages.

So far each time he tries to connect via dial up Windows tells him the modem is busy. Before he had broadband this never happened.

Any ideas?
