broadband not connecting

Today i turned on my computer and i got an error message saying 721 error saying that the remote computer did not respond and it sits still for a while at the verifying username/password stage and then fails with the 721 error. Called pipex broadband and they told me to take out my usb and plug it in another usb did that and it worked... But now everytime i log onto computer i have to take the usb out and put it back in again before i get a connection

Would be grateful for some feedback thanks

The easiest thing to do is probably to ditch your USB modem and buy an ADSL router. DSL is designed to be connected all the time, and a router will give you a more reliable connection.
