BT bills

Do BT send phone bills out monthly or is it still quarterly ?

I just like to keep records of bills and prefere to have monthly bills instead of quarterly.

Iv'e been told you can have monthly billing but that is for paperless and Direct Debit only but i'm not happy with that.

Mine is Monthly and i never specified it so i presume monthly is the standard.

Mine used to be quarterly, but when they wanted me to move to direct debit I said I'd do it if they changed the bills to quarterly. They were reluctant, but finally agreed.

Quarterly is the standard, monthly is optional. We're the former at our house, was the latter at my previous.

Monthly is only available now if you have direct debit, unless you was on monthly billing before that policy change. Without DD then its quartely.

Mines monthly with a paper bill, but its paid by dd

Ours is monthly and we pay by DD. Used to get paper bills through but changed it to online only.

quarterly if paid cash (by cheque or at post office and so on), monthly if payed by DD i think
