Is anyone else having problems with BT Business Broadband at the moment?

Our broadband has turned off, the internet light is red on the router which usually means DNS problems. Also our VOIP is down as well because it relies on broadband.

Twitter activity shows im not alone. Lots of outages over the country.

Also the BT helplines won't connect. BT!

Yep we have been having problems with ours here at work all morning - Thurmaston, Leicester area. My boss also reported that the problems have been around since the weekend

The broadband light on our business hub keeps going red indicating a connection problem (CHAPS Authenticication Failed according to the log).

Strangely though since it being back online, the internet light on the router has not come back on at all (gone from red straigh to off).

According to BT they have had a "major issue" at their Birmingham exchange which is apparently affecting most of the UK. Nothing else has been said, they have gone quiet on the news since stating that about 15 minutes ago.

Yup, sat at the Guildhall in Portsmouth now and the big screen is having major problems without it's broadband connection so it's just playing local media. When it does try to opt out to news stories you can just see a 'page not found' error. The ticker at the bottom has gone funny too, it's just showing the $Time string rather than the time and it's confusing a few people :p

My BT home broadband has been crap for the last couple of weeks. Keeps dropping out or lagging like hell. Speaking to their idiotic customer service diesn't helpmuch, either...

Down here in Hartlepool, which has taken the main lines for our Command & Control room down. Thankfully (and obviously) we have backup measures in place.
