BT gets tough over broadband usage limits

You get charged £1 a gig now if you go over their limits....

they used to be harsh, then they changed it so that if you only went over a little bit once in a while they didnt care, but if u went over it by a lot every month they would get angry and charge u

edit just read the article, option 4 is what im on and u get warned but thats it, doesnt say about additonal charges

I couldnt care less at the minute im on option 4 but im leaving anyday now. BT technical team = useless!

I received an email from them telling me I was 54 Gig over the limit last month :eek:

I am thinking about changing my ISP :rolleyes:

I heard that they only jump on you if your 100 gigs or more
