BT sport ultimate - audio delay

Just on my bt sport ultimate app on my series X, watching the boxing, but there is a bout a second delay bet audio and picture. It’s really aggravating.

if anyone has settings or anything I can try that would be great.

im on a LG smart tv.

Sorted itself out last night during a fight.

Apparently its a known problem, no real workaround atm.

I've had this on the BT app on the Apple TV.

yeah, apparently that using a Firestick or such helps..

But it sorted itself out for the big fight, so im happy.
