Budget gaming monitor under £200

Hi, I am buying a monitor for my son for Christmas, looking to spend up to £200. He will be mainly using it for gaming (fortnite etc), he would ideally like speakers and 144hz min and 1ms response time. It will also work well with NVIDIA RTX 2060 Graphics card.

Can anyone recommend the best monitors in this price range?

Yes as For this price and as he wants fast response time and 144hz min I think he will be limited to 1080p

MSI Optix G241 might be of interest but doesn't have speakers but can be had for £200, for £20 more you can get the 27" version (G271). The Asus VG279Q comes with speakers but is a little bit more expensive at around £230.

Yeah looks like a good choice based on what you were after. Ive actually got a 32" AOC and for the price I paid its been excellent value for money.
