An aftermarket cooler might be a nice idea if you want to get the most out of the 8600k. But, with a 1060 you're not going to be CPU bottle-necked anyway I wouldn't have thought, so maybe extra cooling is not an issue for you right now.

However, if you're not intending ever to overclock, you could just get the 8600 non-k, or even the 8400, which also performs well without overclocking. Seems a waste to get the k version and not overclock. Any reason you've gone for that over the 8600vanilla or 8400?

Of course, if you're thinking about a gfx card upgrade in the future you could always add an aftermarket cooler as well and overclock then if you need it (or drop in an i7 Coffeelake as well for that matter).

You don't fancy a Ryzen build anymore ?

In any case I would swap the gpu for this as it is cheaper and has a better cooler.
