Hi guys, I’m a veggie now for various reasons, and wanted to know what the best foods or foods I should be having daily if I’m doing weights 2 – 3 times a week

Any info or ideas would be welcome

low fat cottage cheese is pretty high in protein but if you totally abstain from all meant and fish then you may have to consider protein supplements such as shakes.
 
yeah i can eat eggs and cheese no worries, and will be back on the meat & fish in a few months, just supporting someone else for a bit really.
 
yeah i know it's possible and thanks for the link, just wanted to know some simple food groups that i should be eating daily
 
Well theres 2 sample diets in there. Try doing a couple of searches on muscletalk, theres loads of topics regarding vegen bb'ing.
