Speakers : Logitech LS21 - Have a headset for Gaming anyway ✓
Mouse : Razer Deathadder

Mousepad : Razer Vespula ✓
Case: Coolermaster HAF 912 Case
Power Supply: Corsair 1000W
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula - AMD 890FX - Socket AM3 Motherboard
Cooler: Corsair H70 CPU Cooler
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB 6GB/s SATA-II 32MB Cache
Graphics Card: ATI radeon hd 6950 Crossfire

Idk what video card to get because Atm i have an Asus Ati 5770 which is alright for some games but on 1920x1080 it's not amazing on demanding games like Far cry 2, crysis etc. I want a card which will easily run 1920x1080 for games coming out this year and maybe some next on high with maybe 2xAA which doesnt really bother me much. I'm also willing to crossfire so i might look into buying either 5870's or 6970's.

I dont really see how Intel is that much superior to AMD i mean 6 core 1090t is cheaper than a quad core i7 920 and the AMD is faster. Also should i not go for 2 6970's instead of 2 6950's? i wanna play crysis 2 on pc at around 40+ FPS at 1920x1080 and i might upgrade to 1920x1200 monitor if its worth it?
 
I'm looking at the difference between crossfire 6950's and 70's and the difference is pretty low so yeah i'll probably go with them cheers :)
Also i'll probably upgrade to intel now but i forgot to mention that i'll be rendering
quite a bit in Sony Vegas and After Effects at 1280x720, so yeah the intel will only be a little slower than the AMD i'm assuming?
 
Okay so this is how it's looking so far, since im not getting the 6990 anymore i wont need as big a case and what Mobo supports them? Also if you are really awesome can you tell me what fans i need because i literally have no clue xD
Btw is thermal paste really that neccesary cz my brother has a custom built and he didnt use it on his athlon
