Building PC for Black Friday - advice needed

Hi, I would need someone's help to see if my configurations is OK. Once I can get new Ryzen 9 5900X or 5900X I will upgrade the processor and probably cooler for it too. (Sometimes next year I guess) Till then, is Ryzen 5 3600X enought? (Might evetually upgrade to RTX 3080 next year after getting a new processor) Thanks to everyone who can advise me if I can go with this config. (using PC specialist to build it, so options are a bit limited)

(Budget is £1500, but 1700 is still OK, pushing it a bit)

Can you go the 5600x and the 6800 within budget?

Probably not that much more and you'll get the newest gen of CPU.

I'd want something a bit more premium looking that the PCS frostflow, personally in such a high end build.

It's your money, but if you're planning on upgrading the CPU and GPU when stock is available, I'd probably just go standard 3600 and a cheaper GPU. Although you'd likely be able to sell the RTX3070 for a good price. I'd get some faster RAM as well. 3200 or 3600mhz if possible.

Thank you both for replying. I wouldn't buy AMD graphics card as it's meant for streaming gameplay as well. I have seen reviews that NVidia has better memory allocation when streaming and isn't that heavy for processor (if that's true, that's why I'd go for NVidia).

It's not for me, it is for a friend who draws and his iMac broke, so he wants new PC. He needs something to stream while drawing (simple video stream) for now (weaker PC would do, I know), but he wants to start streaming games eventually. So trying to find pc that he could get this year as he needs it, but also something that can be ready for upgrade when he starts streaming games. (would new Ryzen series CPU come before end of the year?) He also wants to edit videos on it, so I believe 4K is new standard today - that's why I was thinking of upgrading processor later on so he doesn't have to spend ages when rendering it. (but I am also not sure how big the difference would be between Ryzen 5 3600 and 9 5900x, maybe he could do with cheaper upgrade, I have to wait for more reviews)

Another option is to play games on his Xbox series x and buy streaming card for pc, so he can save money that way. Any suggestion on PC build/deal for streaming and video editing build? Around £1500. This might be best thing to do, it just came to my mind..

(He might stick to this build for a year or so, if 3070 would do the job, so upgrade of GPU isn't a must. The processor is what I worry about more)

I was thinking he could use the build I put together, suffer a few extra minutes when rendering videos for a few weeks on Ryzen 5 3600XT and later on when it pays off (Q1-Q2 2021) he could just upgrade CPU and the PC should be pretty much fine to survive at least another year. That's why I am here asking for help - because I am not sure if my vision meets the reality.

I changed CPU to Ryzen 7 5800X and RAM to 4x 8GB (3600Mhz). It comes to 1900. Would this be a good PC build for video editing and game streaming?
Is it worth £1900?
