I don't think you need the third paragraph. The other thing you can do is, as you're targeting small businesses, make it a bit more personal. Use 'we' instead of third person as that personal touch helps build relationships with smaller clients and you're likely to have quite a personal working relationship with them. What I mean by that is you'll know them by name and they'll know you by name after the first visit.
Definitely do this, personal visit is best and don't be too formal. Have a card or flyer to leave with them, introduce yourself, what you do etc. When I did IT support for a living this was the most successful tactic, even though I hated doing it
