Buy certain parts now or wait until 27th / 30th?

There are some seemingly good deals right now e.g.

but no guarantees they'll last long or won't be sold out. First time building a PC and not sure if there are normally any exclusive deals on the 27th specifically for computer components based on the previous years. What is everyone's take on this?

If your happy with the price then get them , I don't think there will much more reductions as black Friday deals are on for the week.
