Buy Noctua now or wait for Tuniq Tower

Airflow does play a key role in system temperatures. I found that on my old case. You could try improving the airflow by doing some modding - have a check of my Custom Mod link in my sig. Or you could always upgrade your case. Those temperatures though are good btw.
 
Leave it for about half hour and see what the temperatures are like, 2 minutes won't really give you a good indication of how hot it really gets under stress.
