Buying a basic smartphone

I want to buy a phone, willing to spend up to £150.

What can I get which is decent? And suitable for my Mum? I don't want anything too advanced, but having a camera would be nice, and being touch screen would be good too.

Lumia 620 sounds like a good option. Right price too.

Just need a SIM card for it now, what is decent at the moment for SIM cards?
