I noticed that you can buy call of duty 3 from xbox live. Can you used a Xbox Live 2100 Points Card of payment?

To answer your question, yes, you can buy the GOD games with points. When you click on the buy option, at the bottom of the screen you should see an option to press X to buy with Microsoft points.
