Buying games in UK

Hi, I have a question about buying games in UK.

I have been ordering quite a few games from one UK eshop starting with "z", for example they had a great price on Borderlands recently.

All games so far arrived without problems (though I am still waiting for Borderlands).

I live in Czech Republic, and have listed delivery address my home address in CZ.


Today I discovered this in their Terms and Conditions:


To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

# stipulate a delivery address within the UK; and
# register your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address any other details requested; and



What is the deal with the first one? Why do they have it there, when they deliver games without problems to other countries? I really do not get it. Am I breaking law by paying for games (cannot think of more stupid thing)?

Please someone enlighten me..thanks.
 
Looks like it's just old information they didn't update after deciding to ship to Europe. They obviously deliver to Europe and you can change the site to Euros so I'd say it's an oversight on their part.
 
The store in question has been horrendous on deliveries recently.
Despite allt he cash theyve spent on advertising on TV and in the high street it appears that theuy forgot to keep any cash for delivery costs :p

I've just cancelled an order that was plaed on 30/11 when delivery was shogin as 3-5 days.
Still not dispatched so Iordered from the only only high street music chain left and thats already passed processing.
 
I thought that shop went out of business a while ago :S

And for the love of god the rules on linking is if your buying things that OcUK sell you can't do it directly, they don't sell pc games so just call it HMV for christ sake.

Yeah I ordered Borderlands week ago and it is still not here, but at least it has been dispatched already.
I also ordered Dragon Age and Shift on monday, Shift has been dispatched, but DA not, I suppose they are out of stock for the moment.But the price is so right that I do not mind.
