C&C Wanted on my first bit of photoshopping

..well technically not the first time I have used the program, but certainly the first time I have editted a photo and been happy with it.

Let me know what you think?

I like it.

The sky looks a lot moodier, much better without the foliage and straightened out too.

The "after" is much better. The original was crooked, dull colours etc. The edited version has a nice old feel to it and you just feel like you're going to fall in.

To be blunt, I'd have deleted the first pic and not even bothered to process it.

However... I would have been wrong as I really like the photoshopped version.. very moody..

The original image is quite poor, dull looking etc. but the processed image looks very good

Sorry, I have to agree with Raikiri. The oringinal image just lacks any punch. To me, it just looks like a fence in a lake. However, with the conversion you've done in Photoshop, it looks much better.

The Photoshop conversion has added mood to the photo, bought out different textures and tones which are not shown on the original.

Overall, not a very good image originally, the new image looks pretty good and as for your Photoshop conversion then

I thought the photo had potential, but as you say it was somewhat dull originally.

Took a lot of messing about with the sky to get some kind of definition out of it, but am glad you all seem to like it
