Cabling

Hello

I have set up many networks in my own homes. Drilling and adding wall plates and so on. But am looking to do it for a few people now as an extra service to my business. I wanted to know what sort of tool do i need to make sure no cables or pipes are behind the walls, I dont mind Having to drill and mess up my own house but if i do it to a customer or a friend it will look very bad on me.

Dont forget if you are charging for it you may have to use LSOH (or do people write it LS0H?) cabling to meet health and safety.
