R (read first few responses and guessed the jist of the rest)Hopefully, it'll be a total flop, then.
Good decision IMO, and pretty much what I suspected they were angling towards prior to MW2 being released: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=15120609&postcount=214
You think paying monthly for a fps is a good idea?A good business idea, with free to play and MMO models being as successful as they on the PC platform was only a matter of time before this happened and we have seen some hints from them already.
Nobody knows enough about BF3, I wish people would stop assuming it's the second coming. As much as I am looking forward to it, it's illogical to base assumptions as many do with the information at hand.
Am I the only one who bought the last COD from a supermarket for £25 then traded it in after finishing the SP (because the MP was meh) for £29?

I'm waiting for the boycott CoD group
Real boycotters just don't buy it, they don't join a ****ing facebook group then probably buy it anyway.
i'd be willing to pay for this.
Would stop a load of the idiots that pay online and provides an easy mechanism for banning them completely from playing the game. Would make activision a pretty penny every time they banned somebody and with held fees somebody who was cheating in game.
If they did it properly, it could be really good.
If it turns into effectively a rolling subscription for map packs. Not so much.
