Call waiting - w810i

Hey peeps

Just wondering how I turn on call waiting on the SE w810i - its on t-mobile by the way. Manual is no help.

If it's the same as the K800I (probably is) it's under Settings/Calls/Manage Calls

No matter what settings I use - if someone rings whilst I am on a call, it just says engaged . . . . .

Is it a feature that needs to be set up by your service provider?

Yeah , just found out you have to phone T-mobile, and ask them to turn it on . . . .
