What are you supposed to do with that?

Do they get hard when you suck them?

I think I know what your talking about. they were very much like tictacs but fruit shaped and flavoured.
I liked the banana ones best, cant remember what they where called though, sorry.

I think I know what you're on about. Did they look white on the inside when you bit them in half?

Also were they more similar sized to Tic Tacs compared to fruit pastilles?

I can't remember the name of them though. :(

Tart n Tiny's??

Wikipedia:

"Tart 'n' Tinys were small, candy-coated fruit-flavored candies distributed by Nestlé USA under the Wonka brand. Tart 'n' Tiny's came in five colors, bluish-purple (grape), yellow (lemon), orange (orange), red (cherry), and green (lime).

The original incarnation of Tart 'n' Tinys candies were small cylinders of compressed dextrose. The candy had a chalky appearance and a consistency, with a firm crunch that would crumble in the mouth, similar to SweeTarts or Smarties. Along with Nerds and Wacky Wafers, Tart 'n' Tinys were top sellers for the Wonka company in the 1980s."
