Okay, ive found this on a website and i need someone to help me see whats out that window. I want to see about gettint that flat you see, but i cant picture it that well but if that window was cleared up then i think i might picture it better.

not much chance of that sorry the image is just too small no information for you to bring to appearance. best bet go for a viewing
