Can I add a sub to this?

I have this stereo with my car, I would like to add sub to it, something which would fit under the seats, or is at least small to accomadate a Mini mk2's boot

new mini or old mini? thats probably a bit pap.

As for head unit anything from the major brands will have at least one pre out (normally 2 or 2 and a dedicated sub out on better ones) which is all you need head unit wise to fit a sub.

Whatever you do, dont get them. They are ok but tend to go burst after a while. I once had one at the back seat of my CRX but it stopped working after three months. It cant handle bassline frequency properly too.

If your going for a pre amped box the alpine is probably the best cheaper end one, and yep your sony HU will accept a sub is has a swichable pre out :

Mine was the del sol, so only the back of the seat will allow it.
