Hi guys. I'm with O2 and my contract is due to expire soon. I currently get 500mins and 500texts for £20 per month. Is there anyway I can improve on that deal? Last year I rung up to cancel, and bargained the above (largely thanks to a deal Three were offering at the time IIRC). What shall I do now? Any tips?


EDIT: Also, I was just wondering can you ring up Orange for example, say currently with O2, contract is due to expire, currently get such-n-such mins and texts, what can you offer me? If they don't offer you anything worthwhile, just say I'll stick with O2. Any thoughts?

I think you can try and get yours cheaper using the same argument as last year, and a free phone too.

I've forgotten what I said last year. What would you say? Shall I say I've been offered say 600mins/600texts for the same price? Or 500/500 like now, but for £15inc vat?
