The card will certainly support the full capabilities of the monitor, via DP 1.2a. As to whether it would run 'okay', that's quite subjective and it depends on the games you play plus your expectations and graphics settings you like to use. When I reviewed that monitor back in February 2016 I used an AMD 290 and found it fairly easy to adjust settings in 'the games of the time' to achieve decent performance and get good use out of the monitor. The RX480 is fairly similar in terms of its performance, so it's potentially a good match for that monitor.
