Can I tell individual graphics cards apart?

In a bit of an odd situation. I need to return one of my two 1080 graphics cards, but they are the exact same make and model.

Issue is that I bought them from two separate sellers, and now not sure which one came from which seller.

Is there a way to identify each card apart? Is there a way for the company to know which one was theres if I just pick one of the companies and return with them?

Normally the box has a serial number to match the card and does the box have the suppliers part number like Overclockers do on theirs.

Sometimes a retailer keeps a copy of the serial number of the products they sell. If they don't have a record of the exact card they sold you then just send back the lower clocking one.

If you send them both to me i'll sort it out ;)

Like everyone else said try and match the serial, if all else fails smell them both and keep the one that smells of haribo.
