Can I use a 12TB HGST 4KN HDD on Windows 10 Home?

Probably a really silly question but Ive got a new rig coming from the good folks at OCUK and am ordering drives for it and after reading the BackBlaze Q3 2019 report Ive settled on HGST 12TB drives which are listed as 4KN. Ive done a little Googling and searching here but still a bit hazy on the specifics. So..

Will I be able to run them on Windows 10 home as storage drives, not to boot from?

Yes new HDD's have sector formatted in 4096bytes aka 4Kn (n=Native) instead of 512bytes.
