Can my laptop run 2 screens so essentially having 3 screens?

Hi my laptop has 1 dsub and 1 hdmi.

Is it possible to run 2 monitors plus the laptop screen?

If it makes any difference, the laptop screen is 720 and so is one monitor. The other monitor is 1080.

Depends on what processor/GPU the laptop has

It's an older gen i5, no gpu.
Haswell maybe? Dell vostro 2520

Edit I think it's an ivy bridge i5
Will only be using Web browser and vpn/rdc for work.

It will be fine i had three screen's running off 4670k igpu

Sweet, thanks for that, so I can run one monitor off the dsub and another off the hdmi, and still have the lappy screen on?

I'll need to buy an extra cable tomorrow (hdmi to dvi) as the 1080 monitor only has dvi, I can I can run the 720 monitor on dsub only.

I don't see it causing any issues but mine were all monitors on pc.
