Hi,

Its been a while since i last built a PC but with everything changing so fast i was wondering if you could build pe a good spec PC for £600-£650. I already have the following:

DVD Writer
Monitor
Flopp disc drive
Mouse
Keyboard
Soundcard and speakers.

Need everything else including good size hard disk, good amount of memory say 4G, good power supply and maybe even a decent cooling heatsink for overclocking.

Thanks greatly. Thought it would be best leave it for the experts!!

Matt :)

This could be worth a go. I would say go for the Tuniq Tower cooler but its out of stock, iof you can find it anywhere else that'd prob be better

Whats the differences withe the CPU collers!!

How much better are some than others??

What are the asus silent night and artic square ones like or are you just paying for the looks!!

Thanks again.

I do take it all the week offers are worth it too!!

Sorry again but whats a decent case for the money cooling wise! Ive been for looks before but i still wan somat half decent. Had the expensive coolermaster aluminium ones in the past but im not sure im getting much more for my money other than looks!!

Thanks

Matt

I have a Q6600 on an ABIT Quad GT IX38 in a Thermaltake Armour Jr.
I use a big flower like Zalman cooler and run 300MHz FSB. Normal gentle work temp is 27degC, Gaming is 38degC!

Don't think you can beat that easily!

I have the CPU cooler blowing into a Zalman heatpipe 500W PSU and a huge exhaust fan sucking air over the CPU cooler to the rear, with a front fan sucking in air from the front.

Works for me.

Andy
