Gen3 Pruis is what I thought, more so seeing the above.

The crease/body line also matches especially on the front wing where it's close to the top of the wheel arch.

Gen 3 Prius is an ideal vehicle for this sort of mischief - silent approach, cheap to repair if you have to make a hasty exit through a few obstacles, blend into the infinite number of private hire cars driving drunk people home all hours of the night.

Spot on. They don’t look out of place at all in the early hours.

We don’t get many of them down the cul-de-sac so it may be possible to ID the car from daytime CCTV if they scoped the place out earlier.
