I can easily sit 12 hours a day it's so comfortable.

Steelcase Leap. A few of us here picked up cheap leather Leaps in great condition from ebay for around £80. Lots of ergonomic features and absolute bargain at that price.

Who said anything about spending thousands? Look at my postings in spec me chairs threads.
I always budget for what is requested normally around £100 mark.
The only thing is you have to go bankrupt stock, liquidation or second hand new ish condition.
But most chairs are £500+ retail prices and will last a lot longer than shop bought £100 chairs. But each to their own, as some people would prefer to buy brand new.
