Guys,

quick question if I cancel my sky package which is in my name but keep Fibre, would I be classed as a new customer if I decided to take advantage of an offer.

or could my wife get sky in her name as a new customer if fibre is still in my name on the same address?

Classed as a new customer after 12 months.
If you cancel fibre as well, you MAY be able to sign up in someone else name.

but if I don't cancel sky fibre and sign up a tv pakage in my wifes name would she be a new customer?c

My Brother has fibre with Sky and his other half signed up for a Sky Q offer in her name and went through without any problems, even used the same bank details to pay for the Sky Q.

Although used a different email and changed house number from eg. 41 to 41C.
