The Kepler 'overclock' as people like to call it, is actually a boost to full speed when required. It isn't the same as an overclock. In fact it's completely different. It's more like speedstep on Intel CPU's.

I never said it wasn't but it is unfair to not test both cards at their max potential, dynamic or not.

You open up all kinds of problems by doing reviewing cards while overclocked as standard due to obvious reasons, i.e. the potential for overclocking is determined by luck almost.

It's better to do out the box comparisons for main reviews alongside that card then overclocked.

That's fair enough but it's unfair to not at least point out this factor in a review for the unknowing reader, doing a review on both would only take a couple of minutes more.
