My friend bought a 650D from the Amazon Black Friday offering but discovered that when you gently shake the camera there is a distinct rattle emanating from the flash area. I quickly googled this and found a forum where they said the sound was normal but I want a few more opinions. Does anyone else have the same camera and if they do, do they get the rattle as well?

Can't say I've noticed this rattle but then again I generally don't shake my camera around 
It might be the orientation sensor that tells the camera whether its shooting portrait or landscape.
I seem to recall that my 350D rattled a bit, but my 7D and 5D don't. So I think the build quality and price reflects that they are engineered a lot better.

what lens do you have on? my sigma 18-50 f2.8 rattles when the camera is switched off but is fine when its on (which is normal for these lenses)
