Canon Ixus 130

Chums,

My mother in law lost my trusty Casio last weekend so in the market for a compact point&shooter thats reasonably good. Budget is about £150.

Looking at the Canon Ixus 130. Anyone use/used this and is it as good as all the rainforest reviews indicate?

Bear in mind I need the camera to do the work for me, especially as the wife and maybe the mother inlaw will be using it.

I have purchased a few IXUS cameras (not that specific model) for female family members and have never had any complaints, they are incredibly simple to use, take really nice photo's and tick that aesthetic box that applies to all womens purchases.

My advice when ever anyone asks about a camera for the girlfriend/mother is buy the best IXUS you can afford.
