Cant connect to UKonline :(

3 days ago was just heading off to sleep and had utorrent running fine in background.

Next morning connection was dead thought fine let me reboot my linksys router (often have to do this) and it usualy jump starts again.

I get the DSL light solid can see the downstream is 6200 and upstream is 768k, so can see its sorta connected but the internet light does NOT flash or go on at all.

Any ideas on this one as im stumped? Tried resetting it/redoing my router configuration even...

I wonder if other UKonline members online? there sites naff for service status !

I suppose you have the Primary and secondary DNS setup correctly - these should be as on page 8 of the introductory manual
No probs here the router has been connected for weeks.

Thx good to hear, yeah when I got connected at 1st I had no page being displayed.

I didnt get no introductory manual.... used my own kit but luckerly a m8 was online with em and gave me those DNS servers and was able to surf webpages and all good.

Connection has randomly tonight switched on for me after 2-3 days being offline but its intermitant the DSL light cuts off and so does the internet light....

Im puzzeled but im gonna try emailing them to see if my lines ok or if the migration went 100%, also may try alternative usb/router modems to see if its not just my equipetment or wiring could be a dodgy filter never know !
