Can't get a wireless card to work on new build

Well as the title says, i've just build a new rig for the g/f. Everything went supprisingly smoothly, loaded up vista home premium leaving the network card out as instructed.
This is what i bought

The instructions say, leve the card out till you upload the drivers. So i did that and it's just not having it, the drivers wont load. I tried putting the card in and seing if vista found the drivers on it's own (connected to internet via cable)Still nothing...
I've tried another usb adaptor also and the same thing happened..
Has anyone had this problem or know what i'm doing wrong? I phoned ocuk to check it's compatible.
