Can't get an Aquamark score

Sorry if this is a noob question but I just got my first PCI-e gfx and it won't give me an Aquamark score. On start-up of the test it asks to set the video to defaults; whether I say yes or no it runs but instead of a score at the end, just an error box with plenty of numbers. All 3Dmark2k tests work fine; what am I missing?

I have a X800XL in an ArSock S939 dual Sata mobo; tried cats 5.9; 5.11; 6.2 and 6.4. I've re-installed Aquamark too. It worked fine with my ATI AGP card I had in it before.

google the error that comes up. you need to replace a file within the benchmark - its a problem the newer cards have.

Cheers m8; should have thought of doing that myself; found the dll file on DFI street; now get score of 72681.
