cant log into HSBC internet banking??

anyone else having the same problem logging in atm? im trying to log in many times and its given me a number to call and a reference number, can anyone tell me if this number is okay to call?

cant log on to personal banking but my brother can :confused:

no didnt follow a link, just typed in hsbc.co.uk/1/2 link comes up as usual. just gave checked the number to see if it was legit and just gave them a call, arrgh, so annoying hsbc

I had an issue at home when i tried to log in i would get an error while trying to log in, something about error 503 :s
But can access it fine everywhere else...

well the first thing would be to call the bank :^) and give them the refrence number... Theres no real need to post on here about it. Your account is lockd and you need to ring them so they can reopen it. Happens now and again with mine, its a pain put not much I can do.
