its for christmas for my boy who as a radeon x800 and does like playing games but mainly WoW and bf2 2142,he has p4 2.8 but i cant fit a 1900 in his computer 2 thick,so looking to spend around £50 ish,what,s the best one for him.have been looking at the 8600gt or the 2600

thnx for any advice.
 
pre owned single slot card, there are good examples of 7800/7900/ from Nvidia and X1800's from ATI which are single slot cards. for your budget I'd suggest one of these. in fact many of the 1950 Pro's are single slot and as long as your PSU is up to it you'd see a marked improvement.
