Is it poss for him to describe his car, say whats good and bad, see what people say about his car and then if people are smart enough they can then send him an email, worth a shot, try find out dude...
 
I got a mate in your area that owes me money, he'll give you a cheque thats more than what you are asking if you could just give me the difference I would appreciate it... cheers.
