Car ideas welcome

I'm looking to replace my '13 E92 M3 which I've had about 3 years now.

It'll be a daily car but also have another car for the dogs etc.

Budget 25-26k
8-10k miles annually
2 or 4 seats
Petrol

Car's I'm looking at, in order of interest:

F80 M3/M4
M2 (underpowered? CP out of budget )
Porsche Cayman
2015~ RS3
Merc A45

I'll miss the noise of the V8 on the M3 more than anything.. Is there anything out there that sounds as nice / as powerful but maybe a bit more modern / fuel efficient etc.

Honestly... I'd keep the E92 M3, it'll not depreciate like the those on that list. If you are set on something from that list though, I'd be going M2 (it's not underpowered, it's so much fun) or an M3/4.

I went from an E9x M3 to a F8x M4 and genuinely love the difference, except for the noise. The V8 wins that. Fuel economy is vastly improved on the motorway / long run, and slightly around town.

Or, have you considered a 911? I just picked up a 997 C4S - absolutely brilliant, and a lot more fun than my old M3, a lot more special - but older....

Oh the choices! None of them are bad Enjoy!
