Was thinking about an industrial location such as this (took this last week)

Any advice please...

you need somewhere where you can 'lose' the background, then process after to really bring the car out of the shot. Model is easy, smile, look pretty, drape over various areas of the car.

for top notch car shots(sans model) check out these here :)

Choose a location that has a background that complements flesh tones / whatever the model is nearly wearing. Watch the positioning of the model , with dark hair it will be easy to lose her head in the shot.

Ps. None of the above is meant pervy :)

PPs. If you need any help.........

Yeah if you check out my gallery I've taken quite a few "car only" shots.. Was just after any pointers with regards to the model :D

No offense to the model but she does look straight out of Max Power. Buy a copy of that and you'll be all set for ideas ;)

Yeah, the model looks like she knows what she's doing tbh.

Get yourself a copy or Redline or similar, Max Power just seems to be naked chicks and cars, but not together, but still have a thumb through the pages, you may be lucky. They'll set you up for poses, note down your favourite and work with them.

Perhaps take props too, lolly pops etc - always good to have a bit of variation.

Also, remember the model will probably come out a little under exposed with these shots as the car is going to be reflecting more light that her skin, so if you've got an external flash you can use for some fill lighting, i'd reccoment that.

Just don't put her on the bonnet in any shape or form My dads R34 is screwed from the last model that did it at crail. Major scratches on my GT4 from it too..

Ar*e shots looking back at camera or naked shots with bits of car covering the essencials are always good.

Really depends on the shoot, how expereienced she is, what type of shoot clothed, topless etc, how nervous you are with her and the location..
