Right now I've got rid of 2nd car for cash*

And a family friend has passed away and I've found out theres a 1.3 Fez going for free down in Chiswick London, however no MOT + Tax. So I wish to get it up here to sort it out and mot it. How do i do this?

Been looking @ trailers but would need £70 for a tow bar and then £90 rental (HSS) which is a fair amount of dosh

Any other was of getting it up here (52ish miles)?


*Well it was £100 = Pug 205+£250 = 518 = £600 to lad at garage next to work
 
Hire someone to trailor it for you. Cost me about £45 to get a car recovered for about 45 miles last time.

You cant tax without MOT plus I thought it had to be within a reasonable/local place which 50 miles wouldn't be and knowing my luck i'd get caught

Where about do you find such people?
 
In this event i would probably pay an unemployed mate of a mate to drive it for me :D Surely you know someone who will take the risk for a small fee?
