We have a few injuries too Rob. Thiago, Origi and Elliott are all out - the latter two might not be headline grabbing injuries but being already without Salah and Mane, they'd have both likely featured.

Nowhere near as many as you had when Liverpool cancelled the game and Arsenal had a near enough full squad apart from AFCON.

Arsenal crybabies sure are making the lead up to a fairly unimportant game fun, suppose that just shows the difference in ambition between the 2 clubs, arsenal's number 1 priority Vs our 5th.

Oh my word how much salt do the Arsenal fans want with their chips, look at Leicester in the early rounds, had a PL match called off and then played a near full starting 11 vs Liverpool.

This game has taken on a whole new importance to Arsenal after they got knocked out of the FA cup, I would happily let Liverpool forfeit these matches and not have to play them (and also the FA cup) as our domestic trophies are worth less than a Sunday morning kick about, calling the FA cup the greatest cup competition in the world is actually lol in it's purest form, it's only good for smaller teams like Chesterfield playing at Stamford Bridge, got hammered but enough money to effectively fund their season.

What’s the difference in rules then?
The FA insisted on sides having to field whatever team available, whether that included youth players or not - there were no postponements (I assume due to scheduling). The EFL (and PL) rules are based on how many of your registered 25 man senior squad are available.

Liverpool cried off the other week, if it was that unimportant to them they would have played it

If you're unable to field 13 'senior' outfield players and a goalkeeper in the Premier League and Caraboa Cup, you have the right to request a postponement. No such rule exists for the FA Cup, if you have no senior players available you're expected to field youth team players instead.
So you could have used youth players last Thursday but chose not to and get the game postponed to suit you.

very poor behaviour considering how it means nothing to you.

Were Arsenal fans this upset when Wolves postponed their League game or is it just because the League Cup is their only hope of success?
