i bought my samsung d600 from the clearance section on contract from the carphone warehouse on their site. does anyone know if i am legible for the upgrade when the time comes. i cant see why not tbh, oh the other thing is do i have to pay extra for an upgrade or can i trade the old phone back in and get the new one. can someone explain how this works?

It will depend on your contract and how much (if any) you go over that amount, you will generally be able to get some phones for free on upgrade but the more desireable phones will probably cost you extra unless you are a valuable customer.

You might be able to trade your old phone back in but when I upgraded I just got the new phone and kept my old one (handy since the new phone died after about 4 months and is currently getting repaired).
