Has anyone here had any problems sending back their bills for Cheque Back offers? I sent mine on 5th July by Royal Mail recorded to their P.O Box address, called them to day, 17th July, to find out when they were sending the cheque to me..."we have not received the bills yet....I've seen Royal Mail take up to 30 days to send something 1st Class recorded.."
Is this correct? I can fax the bills over to them, via Premium rate fax line....and call back to check whether they have got it. All sounds bit long winded. Why can't it just be simpler as I'm getting the feeling they don't want to send me the Cheque Back offers!
