Has anyone here had any problems sending back their bills for Cheque Back offers? I sent mine on 5th July by Royal Mail recorded to their P.O Box address, called them to day, 17th July, to find out when they were sending the cheque to me..."we have not received the bills yet....I've seen Royal Mail take up to 30 days to send something 1st Class recorded.."

Is this correct? I can fax the bills over to them, via Premium rate fax line....and call back to check whether they have got it. All sounds bit long winded. Why can't it just be simpler as I'm getting the feeling they don't want to send me the Cheque Back offers! Grr :mad:

I've got a chequeback deal with OSPS (same company as CPW) and I'v enever had trouble, haven't even used recorded delivery either.

If you used recorded delivery can you not check on the royalmail website to see if it's been delivered by inputting the code on the postage slip?

I have done but its not showing up as they can only display details once its delivered! :confused:

It would be nice if it was fully trackable from Post office to Sorting office to Destination.

The Post Office class an item lost after 15 days and you can claim from them. SO he might of seen it take 30 days but I think they are taking the michael

I'm having the same problem, ive sent two letters in to both addresses and they say they havnt recevied any.
