Cars abroad?

there was a big fuss about it a few years ago but things have generally levelled up. you may be able to make a small saving but its not worth the hassle unless theres a company that will ship to you too... then again whatever they charge will eat into any savings you will have made.

I too thought that prices had more or less levelled off over the past few years.
I think the biggest issue is making sure the car you purchase abroad is "Full UK Specification".
The company's aren't allowed to say no to this request - but I think they still have subtle ways of being awkward.
"Yes Sir, no problem - there will be a 16 week delay on that......"

I've bought three cars in Europe before, but these were about 8 and 6 years ago.

Just wondering if you could still get the same savings, particularly with the strong £ and weak Euro at the moment.
