Cars with Dubai plates

What details? It's all in arabic?
I think you'll find most of the wealthy arabs speak impeccable English and aren't the types to stiff you over a RTA. You take his name and residence.

The cars that are over here illegally/have been stolen aren't going to stop anyway.

The ones i see epsecially along Edgware road in London is always written in arabic. If you are lucky the only thing you will be able to read is "United Arab emirate" or UAE.

EDIT

Something like this

Thats 206 - easy :p and its from abu dhabi by the looks of it,

What do they teach in schools nowadys

Strangely enough, a friend of mine hit a new shape 911 Turbo about 3 weeks ago in London, and the car had UAE number plates. Not a serious smash, he basically hit the rear end of the Porsche at about 2mph.

The driver of the 911 was cool about it all, they swapped insurance details (name/address etc) and no problems came up.

With regards to parking tickets etc, like Nozzer said, they won't get any, it'd be a nightmare trying to sort it out. Personally, i'd call that ********, no matter who you are who how much bling you have, you still obey the law and still pay the penalty.
